Convocation 2026
Information for Graduating Students
Convocation for the graduating students who have completed the eligibility requirements in the academic year 2025-26 for First Degree, Higher Degree and Doctoral Programmes from BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus shall be held on Saturday, 5th September, 2026 at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus Auditorium. All graduands are invited to attend the convocation function.
Students are required to cancel their student residence visa sponsored by the institute and clear their balance dues by 25th August 2026.

Candidates must collect their registration kit on 4th September, 2026, Friday, between 12:00 Pm to 3:00 PM from the Institute.
Graduands are required to report on 5th September 2026 by 8:00 AM to participate in the full dress rehearsal which is compulsory to attend the convocation ceremony.
Students willing to participate in convocation are advised to make their travel plans in advance to avoid any last minute complications.
A maximum of two persons (Parent or any other person) are allowed to accompany each Graduands.
