Convocation for the graduating students who have completed the eligibility requirements in the academic year 2022-23 for First Degree, Higher Degree and Doctoral Programmes from BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus shall be held on Saturday, 09 th September, 2023 at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus Auditorium. All graduands are invited to attend the convocation function.

 

Students are required to cancel their student residence visa sponsored by the institute and clear their balance dues for collection of the degree certificate from the Deputy Registrar's Office.

Candidates must reach Dubai by September 8, 2023 to collect Registration Kit between 1:00 pm and 03:30 pm from the registration desk.

 

 

Students are required to report on 09th September 2023 by 8:30 AM to participate in the full-dress rehearsal which is compulsory to attend the convocation ceremony. No students will be allowed to attend the convocation function, unless attend the Dress Rehearsal.

 

Last minute requests for issuance of Registration Kit will not be considered.

Students willing to participate in convocation are advised to make their travel plans in advance to avoid any last minute complications.

 

A maximum of two additional persons (either parents or any other relative) are allowed to accompany each graduand in Convocation Hall.
