Convocation for the graduating students who have completed the eligibility requirements in the academic year 2021-22 for First Degree, Higher Degree and Doctoral Programmes from BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus shall be held on Saturday, 17 th September, 2022 at BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus Auditorium. All graduands are invited to attend the convocation function.

 

Students are required to cancel their student residence visa sponsored by the institute and clear their balance dues for collection of the degree certificate from the Office of Registrar.

Candidates must reach Dubai by 16th September, 2022 to collect registration kit between 8:00 AM and 12.00 PM from the registration desk.

 

Registration KIT will be not be issued after 1:00 PM on 16th September 2022.

 

Students are required to report on 17th September 2022 by 8:30 AM to participate in the full dress rehearsal which is compulsory to attend the convocation ceremony. No students will be allowed to attend the convocation function, unless attend the Dress Rehearsal.

 

Last minute requests for issuance of Registration Kit will not be considered.
Students willing to participate in convocation are advised to make their travel plans in advance to avoid any last minute complications.

 

Considering the social distancing regulations for prevention of Covid-19, a maximum of two additional persons are allowed to accompany each graduand.
